Our journey began with a deep love for documenting special memories, and today, we’re dedicated to providing high-quality photography that tells your unique story. About The Photographer
Meet Amber Foster
I picked up my first professional camera during my last semester in college right before COVID. I had no one to take pictures of so I took pictures of household items and eventually forced my family to sit in front of my camera (HAHA!). The moment I saw my beautiful family behind the camera at the park, I knew photography was my passion. At that time, my daughter, Amoura was only one year old so I naturally favored photographing children. I’d follow her around with the camera all day documenting amourable moments of her growing up.
But, for a year I was discouraged and limited my time in taking pictures. Soon after that, I had the pleasure of photographing my baby cousin for her first birthday and a newborn (shoutout to my Aunt and Mariah for giving me a chance!). But to become a self-taught photographer, I knew I had to further advance my editing skills and work harder.
So here I am working harder and continuing my journey in photography. Before my second birth, I was only focused on newborn along with maternity portraits but it wasn’t until my second birth that my desire for maternity and birth photography became vehement. I absolutely adore capturing events, celebrating accomplishments and portraits. I even adore capturing the first smile, the first independent sit up, the first year of life but even in those moments you just think about the journey that led up to them. You think back about that moment where it all started where it was just you and that new little person you would soon come to love so much more.
So hence the name, I’m dedicating all this to my baby girl who inspired me. I love you Amoura. Seeing your amourable smile keeps me motivated to pursue my dream. And, as for my son who challenges me everyday to be the best mom I can be, I love you too!

Why maternity and birth photography?
Birth Stories
You learn to cherish all those milestones in life. From babies living in you all that time to holding them as soon as they enter the world is just all so priceless, you know. I grew to learn you must live in the moment throughout your pregnancy but also in the very moment you hold that life that you grew with your body. You must enjoy it and sometimes because things happen so fast, you honestly don’t think to document during the process. I am a strong believer in the importance of having those short and intimate moments documented as you’ll never get them back while I also believe it’s just as important to invest in yourself and celebrate your accomplishments by diarizing them. Afterall, these cherishable moments are priceless! I felt disappointed after a personal experience of not investing and celebrating myself during one of my first life-changing accomplishments. After reminiscing about my daughter’s first two years of life and seeing that I have so many pictures and videos of my daughter but with me behind the camera, I realized I didn’t even have the one moment that I treasured the most. I didn’t not have any mementos or keepsakes saved from birth. I explain this in my birth story.
What are some of your biggest accomplishments?

I think you know! My biggest accomplishment is my adorable family of course. I couldn’t be happier with the man I am blessed to be with. Without him, I couldn’t have done all this! He is my number one supporter and is always telling me to keep pushing. I want to thank him for all the support.
